1. Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, including EOM and EOFY procedures.
2. Manage teams and provide expert guidance on modern payroll practices.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
Requirements:
* A qualified payroll leader with experience managing teams.
* Expert knowledge of payroll legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
