Your next opportunity: We are actively seeking a Logistics Supervisor to joining our SA Supply Chain and Logistics business. As an integral member of our division, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance across all working activities across the quarries and concrete business. Your day will involve: Working with site staff, management and customers to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.Investigating all faults, non - compliance and safety breaches and then reporting through to the Logistics Manager.Implementing process improvement, including delivering toolboxes and communicate safety initiatives.Undertaking fleet audits, site inspections to ensure compliance with boral standards What are we looking for? Extensive experience in the Transport industry, ideally 2+ yearsProven understanding of the Chain of ResponsibilityStrong technological skills with the capability to utilise and navigate through multiple systemsStrong ability to build rapport and influence a wide variety of stakeholdersGood demonstration of people skills What's on offer?
