The ideal candidate will support and enrich the sacramental, liturgical, and prayer life of the school while embedding Catholic teachings, values, and practices into their teaching and interactions.
A Lead Educator is responsible for creating a learner-centred, inclusive classroom environment aligned with curriculum policies and implement quality teaching strategies.
This role requires effective collaboration with colleagues, contribution to the professional life of the school, and participation in ongoing faith and professional formation.
Key responsibilities include fostering positive, nurturing relationships with students to support their spiritual, moral, and academic development. The successful candidate will also use student assessment data to identify learning barriers and tailor support to enhance student growth and achievement.
Strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community are essential to encourage student involvement in the life of the Church and community.
