Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking highly skilled professionals with a background in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy to join our diverse and multidisciplinary team.

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with clients, employers, and medical professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
Your duties will include:
* Case management and development of treatment plans;
* Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes;
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals;
* Assisting clients with injuries or health conditions to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes;
You will be working across various schemes including workers' compensation, compulsory third-party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans' Affairs, and employer-funded injury prevention programs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
* Conduct assessments and provide treatment recommendations;
* Collaborate with medical professionals and employers to support return-to-work outcomes;
* Maintain accurate records and reports;
Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy;
* Registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation;
* Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded but not essential;
* Fabulous communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders;
* Compassion, kindness, and empathy towards clients;
* A current NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance;
