* Stay current with Microsoft product developments and integrate new features into training plans, ensuring learners receive relevant and timely information.
2. About You:
* Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement, preferably in a global technology firm.
* Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure, and Power Platform, with a deep understanding of their applications and benefits.
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training for both technical and non-technical audiences, utilizing various instructional methods and multimedia resources.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
