About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to lead the construction function. This senior leadership position oversees Building Administration, Construction, Maintenance and Safety while driving operational excellence across the business. The role is hands‐on, offering the opportunity to influence systems, improve processes and lead high‐performing teams through an exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction, building administration, maintenance and safety functions
• Drive construction programs to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Implement and improve systems, processes and reporting to increase efficiency and productivity
• Oversee quality assurance, compliance and workplace health and safety across all projects
• Manage financial performance through claim forecasting, cost control and margin protection
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers and key stakeholders
• Mentor and develop team members while supporting succession planning and business growth
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the build journey

About You

• Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction management
• Strong understanding of residential building practices, compliance and Australian Standards
• Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and operational functions
• Commercially minded with strong financial and problem‐solving skills
• Experience implementing systems and driving process improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Passionate about quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement
