Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring effective and professional management.
* Liaise with property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Conduct property inspections, manage leases, and ensure compliance with NT and federal regulations.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, working with contractors and service providers.
* Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties effectively.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
