The Burleigh Leagues Club is seeking multiple full-time Restaurant Supervisors for their Kitchen34 Restaurant.
Our newly refurbished venue features exciting outlets, including Kitchen34, and we are looking for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and elevating the dining experience.
This role involves overseeing restaurant operations, managing staff and staff training, and ensuring the restaurant maintains the highest standards of presentation and service.
You will collaborate closely with team members and management across all locations to create memorable experiences for our guests. Lead the way to success and contribute to unforgettable moments at our esteemed club.
You will bring:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor
* Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff supervision and training
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
* Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
* High standards for restaurant presentation
* Ability to assist with events and functions within the club
