Job Title: Customer Liaison Officer
At Solargain, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused professional to join our Service Department team as a Customer Liaison Officer. This role demands flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive approach to help and support customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support: Assist customers in system start-ups and shutdowns over the phone, diagnose faults over the phone using monitoring portals, and prepare detailed reports for customers.
* Data Analysis: Analyze portal data to identify faults or production issues and prepare reports for customers.
* Booking appointments for technicians and managing their schedules/commitments and mapping efficient runs.
* Access Management: Provide and manage access to portals for customers and authorized third parties.
* Energy Provider and Connectivity Support: Identify and address grid voltage reduction issues by liaising with energy providers and support customers during network provider changes and address faulty connectivity accessories.
* Training and Documentation: assist in creation of process documentation, workflows, and how-to guides for customers.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service experience and skills.
* Proficient in MS office and strong general computer literacy.
* Technically inclined, with a solid understanding of IT systems and a passion for keeping up to date with relevant products and technology.
* Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
* Ability to interpret data and explain it clearly to customers.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage conflicting tasks, use initiative, and work well under pressure.
* Self-motivated with a professional and friendly approach.
* Strong communication skills for dealing with customers, third-party manufacturers, and colleagues.
* Driver's Licence.
* Successful applicants will hold a current police clearance or be able to provide one within one month of commencing employment.
