This is a role for someone who loves a niche, fast paced professional environment, where we help people in Australia who used to work in the UK, understand and effectively manage their biggest assets, being their UK pension schemes.

THE POSITION

We need an energetic, exceptionally well organised person to work directly with one of our top Area Managers in Newcastle, to double his revenue in 2026 and beyond. In exchange for your skills, drive and commitment, you'll be mentored and stretched, plus if you're consistently successful in your role, you'll have the option to be supported and trained to move into consulting yourself, expanding your career in financial services.

This is a fantastic role for someone with energy and street smarts, it's as diverse and challenging as it is rewarding. You'll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

-You'll support your consultant in bringing in new business by finding and contacting potential clients. Using our ideas and your own, you'll use online resources to identify where the clients are and bring the skills to do this.

-You'll create new referral networks and be given access to an existing network.

-You'll set up digital marketing campaigns, work existing social media and set up new channels, and consistently identify ways to bring new business to our firm with a low cost and fast results.

-You'll multitask spreadsheets, phone calls, bookings, digital marketing automation, manually filling in forms by hand and online, reporting emails and other responsibilities as needed.

-Once you've brought new potential clients into our community, you'll take care of the essentials, booking meetings, following up and managing an extensive on boarding process.

-You'll support your consultant as they deliver advice to clients, preparing documentation, and managing follow up of the process.

-The company has administration, compliance and support services in place. You'll optimise them, and bring a fresh approach to client acquisition, process management and client ongoing support in the digital world.

-Your efforts will lead us to become a top performing team in the global organization and you'll be rewarded accordingly.

-You're equally happy using the phone, on video conference or in person.

-You have some experience in Sales, Business development, customer service roles.

-You're agile, quick, motivated by opportunity and hungry for success.

-You have lots of great ideas and a track record of bringing them to life.

-You love winning new clients and looking after them well.

-You're loyal, energetic and quick thinking and can demonstrate integrity.

-You have at least 1 years of solid work experience.
