As our ecommerce business continues to grow globally, we're looking for a warm, organised, and motivated Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to join our close-knit team.
The Role
This role offers a dynamic mix of online customer service and warehouse support. You'll play a vital role in delivering the seamless experience our customers know and love from assisting brides-to-be and loyal customers to ensuring every parcel is beautifully packed and dispatched with care.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone with empathy and professionalism
Provide product and sizing advice, especially for bridal and sleepwear collections
Pick, pack, and dispatch online and wholesale orders with attention to detail and presentation
Process returns and exchanges efficiently
Assist with stock management, restocking, and inventory accuracy
Help maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring workspace
Support the wider ecommerce and retail team with daily operations
About You
Experience in customer service and/or ecommerce order fulfilment is ideal
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Comfortable learning and using systems such as Shopify and Starshipit
Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
Passionate about beautiful products, gifting, and creating memorable customer moments
