Job Description
We are public purpose specialists who support governments, agencies and other organisations to deliver services to Australians, helping to build more resilient, equitable, secure and prosperous communities.
One purpose, one practice.
We are guided by our values of Stronger Together, Amplify Impact, Build Trusted Relationships, Value Every Person, Think Beyond Limits, and Defined by Ethics.

The Team
Our Commercial, Financial and Infrastructure team operates at the heart of this purpose, advising our clients on the projects that shape Australia's future.
We deliver end‑to‑end expertise to support Australia's growth today and tomorrow.
Our diversity of industry experience, insight and deep capability drives confidence in project outcomes.

We support our clients across the full lifecycle – from the upfront strategy and planning phases, through to procurement and delivery and into asset management.
This is an opportunity to join our growing team with the potential to support Australia's energy transition, respond to the health, housing and social challenges facing Australians, and support a transport network of the future.

The Roles
We are embarking on a period of significant growth and have multiple opportunities at various levels (Senior Manager & Director) to support our Infrastructure and Projects Advisory service areas.

We help organisations figure out the best way to plan, structure, fund and/or finance, and deliver infrastructure projects, like transport, energy, housing, health or social infrastructure, so that these projects support their long‑term goals.

Responsibilities
You'll be hands‑on in delivering great results for clients.
That means understanding what each project needs, working closely with different stakeholders, doing research and analysis, and helping put together high‑quality reports and presentations.

You'll be involved in supporting a range of projects across different sectors and clients, working alongside experts from different backgrounds and applying the latest thinking in the field.

Your day‑to‑day work might include preparing reports and presentations, and updating clients on how projects are progressing, both in writing and in meetings.

Most importantly, you'll help us understand the big challenges our clients face, and come up with smart, modern ways to solve them.
You'll be supported by experienced senior team members who will provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship throughout your projects.
While you'll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, there will always be someone to turn to for advice, direction, or a second pair of eyes.

Qualifications
Aligned to our values, you're collaborative in nature and love working in and celebrating as a team.
You respect and care for your colleagues and are curious about others' views and reflect on the impact we have on others.
You have a growth mindset, challenge our thinking, and love new ideas.
You do what you say you'll do, act with integrity, and call it when something isn't quite right.

You will bring to the position:

Strong interpersonal, communication and critical thinking skills.

Ability to produce high‑quality, concise and impactful presentations and reports in agreed timeframes.

A natural inclination for problem solving, intellectual curiosity and a desire to deliver superior outcomes for our clients.

Professional in style and demeanour, exercising good judgement.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as construction/project management, property/development, finance, economics, business, commerce, engineering, law, urban planning or equivalent industry experience.

Understanding of, and interest in, the development and delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Motivated and effective in a fast‑paced culture.

Continuous learning mindset, staying informed of key trends, risks, developments and innovations that may impact our clients and services.
