Safety and Environmental Training Specialist

We are seeking a Safety, Health & Environment Training Advisor to join us on a permanent full-time basis in Adelaide. This newly created position requires subject matter expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs that meet the ongoing development and safety training needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and deliver engaging SHE training programs for employees using contemporary instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
* Conduct thorough SHE training needs analysis to identify and address skill gaps
* Utilize learning systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Articulate Rise) to create and manage training content and track progress
* Support SHE & People Business Partner's to facilitate training to diverse audiences
* Design and coordinate pre- and post-work assessments, manage accreditations for in-house programs

Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will utilize your passion for Safety Instructional Design & Facilitation to enhance training in a way that becomes integral to our operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous experience in a SHE Training or SHE Business Partner role within a large complex organization
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment and Workplace Health & Safety (or relevant Tertiary qualifications)
* Demonstrated proficiency using Workday, Articulate Rise, and MS Office suite
* Proven ability to facilitate and deliver training programs both in person and virtually
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels
* Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
