Job Overview
The Solar Project Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering solar projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage preconstruction services, including reviewing owner expectations and criteria
* Negotiate contracts with owners and coordinate with design teams
* Identify key subcontractors and promote partnering sessions
* Develop bid packages, schedules, and site utilization plans
* Manage project financials, including GMP or Lump Sum contracts and cash flow
* Analyze financial ability of subcontractors and prepare revenue projections
* Develop and maintain financial reports and project schedules
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
* Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Solar/EPC construction industry
* Strong computer skills and communication skills
* Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring
