Responsibilities
* Carrying out preventative maintenance as required and reporting repairs to the Facilities Coordinator.
* Organising and assisting with the movement of equipment and furniture as directed.
* Assisting in quality audits and compliance activities regarding purchasing, tendering, contracts and safety.
* Providing purchasing services and credit card reconciliations.
* Preparing and distributing monthly financial reports.
* Coordinating the servicing and maintenance of fleet as required.
