- Delivering a range of project management functions, including project planning, implementation planning, reporting and monitoring, for major project with state-wide change management implications
- Stakeholder engagement and change management activities, involving Local Health Districts, Networks, Statewide services and pillars
- Monitoring and track progress of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques providing adequate reporting and escalations to senior management as required.
