Key Responsibilities
* We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to oversee our day-to-day financial operations.
* The ideal candidate will manage financial processes, accounts, payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and reporting.
* This role requires strong expertise in Xero and intermediate to advanced Excel skills, as well as experience managing payroll within SCHADS or similar award frameworks.
* The successful candidate will be able to work accurately, meet deadlines, and proactively identify discrepancies.
* A Certificate IV / Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field is preferred but not required.
