* Planning and delivering engaging English lessons for Years 7–9
* Differentiating instruction to meet a range of student needs
* Assessing and reporting on student progress in line with curriculum standards
* Collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and year-level planning
* Participating in whole-school wellbeing and engagement initiatives
The ideal English teacher
* VIT registered (or eligible)
* Experienced in or passionate about teaching English to Years 7–9
* Skilled in student engagement, classroom management, and literacy intervention
* Collaborative, reflective, and responsive to student needs
* Committed to fostering a positive and respectful learning environment
