About the Role
* Providing advice on project development matters, including land acquisition, planning and environmental approvals, and grid connection arrangements.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including construction, supply, consultancy, corporate, and financing agreements.
* Supporting financing and investment processes, including M&A, shareholder, and joint venture agreements.
* Ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory obligations, and governance requirements.
* Identifying and mitigating legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
