Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting indirect procurement activities within the InSinkerator business unit.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Engineering and 1+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain. They will also possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple key activities and build strong relationships with internal process partners and suppliers.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support sourcing strategy development for assigned commodities
* Assemble request for quote (RFQ) packages, develop statement of work (SOW) documents, and support competitive quoting and benchmarking activities
* Work with data analytics team to develop reports and run existing reports
* Responsible for various Purchase Orders (PO) and requisition issuance for materials, services, capital, etc
* Support greater sourcing and cross functional teams by managing processes including supplier add, travel and expense, etc
* Escalation point for supplier performance and commercial issues
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
Preferred Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or Engineering
* Demonstrated practical use of supplier management and sourcing principles
* Proven communication, negotiation, conflict resolution and management skills
* Analytical and computer-related skills. Oracle experience is a plus
* Manage and prioritize multiple key activities
* Build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers
