Locations
In 2026 the internship year will consist of regional locations throughout Australia: Port Lincoln, Rockhampton, Yarrawonga and Townsville. You will be working from Monday to Friday. Please specify on your application which clinic you would prefer; if you don't have a preference indicate all.
Daily Responsibilities
* Prepare for tomorrow with your individually assigned supervisor, reviewing clients' cases for the day.
* Reflect on the client you just met, where you gathered their case history and learn all about their listening needs. Perform otoscopy, an audiogram, and speech testing.
* Be supported through the recommendation of the right solution with guidance from your supervisor.
Weekly/Fortnightly Responsibilities
* Track clinical hours and learnings as part of your internship.
* Participate in a clinic team meeting to ensure effective team communication.
* Have a check‐in call with your supportive Regional Business Manager.
Monthly Responsibilities
* Engage in a video call with all your fellow grads to share challenges and successes.
* Complete multiple online learning modules, learning about current and future products and honing customer‐service skills.
* Celebrate the clinic's success based on client evaluation and financial performance.
Requirements
* Applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or hold valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
* Candidates will be required to undergo a police check as a condition of employment.
