We are seeking an experienced Salesforce MuleSoft Architect to lead the Driving the Requirements with multiple Product Owners,design, development, and implementation of scalable integration solutions across CRM, ERP, HRM, Data Bases and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, combined with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and drive requirement-workshop sessions with multiple Product Owners and business stakeholders to clearly understand integration needs, business outcomes, and constraints.
* Translate business requirements into integration designs considering the best practices, including API-led connectivity using MuleSoft, covering HLD, LLD, and non-functional requirements.
* Proactively identify, assess, and highlight risks and blockers across delivery phases; ensure timely escalation to the right stakeholders with clear mitigation strategies.
* Actively participate in and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, working closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sprint execution.
* Manage JIRA and artifacts at your capacity, including epics, stories, tasks, dependencies, and technical acceptance criteria related to integrations.
* Own and maintain end-to-end integration documentation in Confluence, ensuring it is accurate, and up to date.
* Create and manage architecture and design artefacts, including: High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), API specifications and data mappings, Integration flow diagrams and sequence diagrams, Error handling, logging, and retry strategies
* Lead the development of Experience, Process, and System APIs leveraging RAML/OpenAPI.
* Work with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange connectors, templates, and API fragments.
* Implement asynchronous messaging patterns with JMS, AMQP, and Anypoint MQ, including queue design, message routing, retries, and error handling.
* Manage connectors (Salesforce, SAP, DB, HTTP) and oversee full API lifecycle management via API Manager.
* Work with Mule 4, DataWeave, Batch Processing, Scheduling, and Maven (POM.xml).
* Ensure CI/CD automation and follow DevOps best practices using Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
* Knowledge of the API lifecycle management, integration patterns, and deployment options, alongside expertise in Salesforce CRM features and configuration.
* Perform performance tuning, monitoring, and deployments to CloudHub and hybrid environments.
* Configure Anypoint Platform environments (Dev, QA, Prod), including worker sizes, replicas, vCores, log aggregators, environment variables, and secure property encryption.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and support business analysis.
* Ensure compliance with security protocols (OAuth2, API policies, secure data handling).
* Provide strategic planning, technical leadership, and knowledge sharing within the integration team.
Required Skills and Experience:
* In-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce CRM features/configuration.
* Proven expertise in API design, development, and integration patterns .
* Hands-on experience with:
* API Manager & lifecycle management
* Mule 4, DataWeave, Batch jobs, Scheduling
* Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, policies), monitoring, and performance tuning.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to provide technical leadership and strategic architectural guidance.
