About Cadia
Our Cadia Valley Operation in New South Wales is situated about 25 kilometers from Orange and 250 kilometers west of Sydney. Cadia produces gold doré bars from a gravity circuit and gold-rich copper concentrates from a flotation circuit. The operation includes the Cadia East Mine which is globally renowned for its use of block caving, a large-scale underground mining method.

Who we're looking for
The position will work with the fleet support team to develop, maintain, and edit Mobile Equipment SAP Master Data as required to assist the site strategic business plan within mobile fleet with regards to both safe production and cost-efficient ounce production.
You will ensure effective cost control by utilising SAP reports to enable yearly budgets to be compiled and adhered to monthly. Also assist with the creation and editing of MS Project templates.
Key Responsibilities
* Create SAP Functional location load templates utilising Global Reference Location table files
* Create SAP Equipment leveraging the Newmont Global Naming Standards and Guidelines
* Lead master data review meetings to ensure all data is loaded by timelines specified and identify any risks to schedule.
* Maintain PM Assemblies, BOM's, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Document Records, Work Centres, and all other master data needed for the effective use PM SAP
* Identify SAP master data that is not to standard and implement actions to rectify.
* Consult with corporate "Global Enterprise Asset Management" team when opportunities for improvement to Master Data and develop an action plan to implement.
* Complete approved SAP Master Data Notifications and Green Forms assigned to the Fleet Planning and Improvement team.
* Review, create and update fleet maintenance documents as required
* Assist with the fleet budget process - utilising SAP to extract Data and Microsoft Excel to perform data validation in preparation for budget submission.
* Develop and edit MS Project templates for the onboarding of new machines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate industry experience and proven Cost control and CMMS skills.
You will also possess the following:
* High performance background in fleet maintenance or maintenance planning.
* Financial experience for cost control and reporting preferred.
* Strong CMMS skills within SAP (or similar)
* Proficient skills with MS Suite (Project, Word and Excel)
* Ability to engage across technical and operational teams
* Proven track record of safety practices
This is a residential role in Orange, NSW and operates on a 5/2 or 5/2–4/3 work pattern. Candidates must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this position.
