The Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager you will provide leadership and direction to nursing and care staff to ensure residents receive safe, holistic, and high-quality care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards. Work closely with the Service Manager, this role oversees daily clinical operations, maintains compliance and documentation, manages staff performance and education, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Requirements
* Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration as an RN
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Leadership experience in an aged care role
* Strong knowledge Aged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC
* Drivers licence
* Police check within 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
