Job Title: Network Service Coordinator
This is a key role in the Network, responsible for providing efficient and effective administration services.
* Key Responsibilities:
* • Lead and coordinate administrative staff to ensure seamless Network functioning.
* • Develop and implement process improvements to meet performance requirements.
* • Manage cost centre budgets, including FTE.
* • Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* • Utilize initiative, organisational and problem solving skills to manage workflows.
* • Maintain high level use of Microsoft suite of programs.
* • Produce professional written materials, including briefs, plans and reports.
* • Possess current unrestricted drivers' licence and willingness to drive/travel as required.
The successful candidate will be an experienced leader, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will possess a strong understanding of processes and procedures, with the ability to make informed decisions.
