The position
By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:
1. Drive establishment and implementation of Equinor’s project control methodology, experience, and benchmark according to business case, development phase and strategies.
2. Collaborate, motivate, guide, and build strong relationship with respective disciplines and stakeholders in the project portfolio to ensure high quality project control deliverables.
3. Strong collaboration with suppliers and close follow up of contract obligations and deliveries.
4. Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas and mitigating actions, forecast cost and schedule outcomes.
5. Provide the project team and management with critical, decision-making information that ensures projects deliver on time and within cost targets as well as timely reporting.
6. Actively collaborate with project members to identify weak signals, upsides and required actions.
7. Support the project team by handling andmanaging project cost and scheduling activities from the design phase to project close-out.
8. Together with key stakeholders identify project risks and facilitate the cost and schedule contingency management process.
9. Contribute torelevant networks and continuous learning, experience transfer and improvement of Equinor’s templates, methods, procedures, and tools within the project control discipline.

10. Good understanding of complex multidisciplinary project developments and proven track record of project control deliveries within renewables, oil and gas or construction industry.
11. Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical discipline. Possess more than 7 years relevant post-graduate experience.
12. Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to utilize digital tools and visual communication.
Proven experience of working within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and ambitious targets across project portfolios.

14. A good team worker, target oriented, structured, and systematic.
