We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Planner to support the delivery of complex electrical packages across major projects, including data centres, commercial builds, and critical infrastructure.
You'll take ownership of the electrical programme - building, managing, and tracking schedules from installation through to energisation and commissioning. This role suits someone who understands electrical delivery on‐site and can translate that into a realistic, buildable programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage detailed electrical project programmes
* Build logic‐linked schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
* Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Commissioning teams
* Plan and sequence key activities including cable install, switchgear install, termination, testing, energisation, and commissioning
* Track progress against programme and identify risks or delays early
* Produce look‐aheads, progress reports, and programme updates
* Support EOT claims, delay analysis, and programme narratives
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme alignment
About You
* Proven experience as a Project Planner within electrical contracting or building services
* Strong understanding of electrical installation and commissioning processes
* Experience using Primavera P6 (preferred) or MS Project
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
* Confident working with both site and office teams
* Detail‐oriented with a proactive mindset
* Experience on data centre or critical infrastructure projects
* Electrical trade or engineering background
* Exposure to high‐voltage (HV) or critical power systems
* Understanding of commissioning‐heavy environments
