**Assistant Account/Admin Officer - Part Time**
Recruitment 24/7's client is searching for a Part Time Administrator to join their busy team. Our client is located in Ipswich and are looking for an assistant that is organised and has a high attention to detail.
We are looking for someone that has accurate Data Entry Skills, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive/Share Point along with some working knowledge of MYOB and ERP software.
In return for your dedication and commitment a competitive hourly pay rate of $30+ will be offered.
**Duties will include, but not limited to**:
- Data Entry of AP invoices, credit card receipts, time sheets & AR invoices
- General administrative duties
- Process purchase orders
- Filing/Scanning
- Cover Office Administrator when needed (payroll, invoicing, account reconciliations)
All training will be provided and along with the above administration duties, you will be a self-starter, be able to work autonomously but work as and be part of the team.
A strong work ethic and exceptional time management skills are required so you must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
You will also possess a confident, pleasant manner and possess a pro-active and professional approach to your work.
