A Day In This Customer-Facing Position
* Review and categorize customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

* 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other PC applications essential for success in this position
