Lead Asia Growth Plan
The AI Business Solutions Global Customer Success team is seeking an experienced Director of Delivery Lead to spearhead our growth plan for the AI Business Solutions portfolio.
This role will partner closely with the AI Business Solutions Core team across Global Customer Success (GCS) and in partnership with global field leaders. It will also work with key organizations including Finance, Sales, and ISD to optimize business operations and drive initiatives both regionally and globally.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
1. Develop a deep understanding of the AI Business solutions portfolio and its impact on customer priorities and objectives.
2. Using that knowledge, identify key drivers to enhance outcomes delivered by the AI Business Solutions portfolio.
3. Align closely with internal teams, including Business Architects, Sales Teams, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure rapid adoption and deployment of key programs and initiatives.
4. Synthesize understanding and findings quickly to determine best practices and/or adjustments needed.
5. Work directly with other teams to develop options to scale quickly into other areas, taking into account local conditions that could impact efficacy.
6. Communicate and advocate strategy and insights to senior business leaders and convey viewpoints through simple and consistent frameworks.
7. Use executive presence to drive influence for broader execution at scale.
8. Communicate changes clearly to stakeholders and field teams.
9. Deliver learnings, recommendations, and implications to senior executives to facilitate ongoing feedback loops.
10. Show command of the overall AI Business Solutions Portfolio with an emphasis on AI Workforce.
11. Understand key levers for growth, how they relate to data, and be able to prioritize efforts leading to fastest customer adoption and value.
12. Be the subject matter expert on regional performance with depth in each area that is either overperforming or underperforming, leveraging knowledge to impact regional performance and global performance based on learnings.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 2+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience (e.g., scaling a business, management consulting).
* Previously have experience as a Business Architect, Product Marketing or Customer facing role at Microsoft.
