Key Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing the necessary documentation for their immigration applications, such as visa applications, work permits, and residence permits.
Application Submission: Prepare and draft immigration applications to the relevant government authorities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all legal requirements.
Case Management: Manage and monitor the progress of client cases, providing updates and guidance throughout the application process.
Research and Compliance: Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, policies, and regulations, and ensure that all client applications are in compliance with current requirements.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing updates on the status of their cases.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the application process, offering solutions and support to clients.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and establish long-lasting relationships.
Team Tasks such as Reminder Set ups, Archiving, Marketing assistance, Administrative assistance where required.
