We are seeking a professional and capable Sales Representative who enjoys working with technical products, communicates clearly, and builds strong relationships within the construction and architectural industry.

About the role
You will:
* Manage new and existing relationships with architects, builders, and developers
* Qualify incoming leads and guide clients through a structured sales workflow
* Prepare accurate proposals and present technical solutions confidently
* Maintain CRM records and follow up the sales pipeline consistently
* Attend sales meetings and contribute insights to support continuous sales improvement
* Support Sales Targets by working toward consistent monthly/quarterly KPI achievement, recognising that results may vary but overall performance must remain strong
* Work with the project/engineering teams on technical requirements and ensure a smooth handover once the job is won
About you
You will be successful in this role if you:
* Have 3 to 5 years' sales experience, ideally in construction, technical, architectural or building products
* Communicate professionally — clear, concise, and confident
* Are organised and follow through on tasks and commitments
* Enjoy learning the technical details of premium products
* Are comfortable working with structured processes and CRM systems
* Build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
* Thrive in a role where your performance directly contributes to company growth
Experience working with architects or builder-driven projects is highly regarded.
Key responsibilities
* Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close
* Prepare proposals/offers including scope, assumptions, and technical considerations
* Conduct site and design meetings where required
* Record all sales activity in the CRM
* Contribute ideas to refine and streamline the sales process through insights from monthly sales reports
* Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams
* Represent the company professionally at all times
