We match clients: We work with our clients as consultants to identify the perfect activities that can support their wellbeing, development, and cultural needs. You deliver: Based on their needs, we connect them with a retreat partner to deliver an adapted retreat, on a fixed commission percentage on your retreat price. 2. Enriching Your Retreats
Context: You have clients/retreats; we provide sessions. Our portfolio of experts: We have a network of over 1,500 experts in wellbeing, leadership/team development, arts and culture, and more. Your retreat enrichment: We can collaborate with you to elevate your retreat offerings by curating and proposing the right mix of session/workshop hosts based on your needs and budgets. You have significant experience creating and delivering retreats (including locations). You are an individual or a company with the appropriate rights. MUST: You have worked with corporate clients and senior profiles. You have examples and concrete evidence of past retreats (incl. Images, programs). Conversational in English. You fulfill all legal requirements (insurance, permits etc.) to carry out retreats. Flexible paid opportunities throughout the year.
