What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in baking or bakery operations within a retail environment
Minimum 3+ years of baking experience
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Knowledge of bakery equipment, food safety, and hygiene standards
Formal food safety certification required at start
Ability to maintain consistent product quality and presentation
Proactive attitude and excellent organisational abilities
Flexibility to work across various store locations and shifts
Availability for rotating shifts is required
