We are seeking a new enthusiastic, energetic, motivated person to join our team in a workshop assistant position with high potential for growth as our business grows.
This position will be both full-time and ideally long term.
You will be trained in battery manufacturing processes and all aspects of battery technology at the cutting edge.
An interest in or aptitude for electronics will be highly regarded and assist you in learning about this industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Disassemble and reassemble battery packs accurately and safely.
Build custom battery packs with a variety of chemistries.
Test and diagnose battery packs.
Use of a spot welder, nickel strip, solder, precision tools, multimeters, other electronic equipment.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a supportive team to meet business goals.
