Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our Disability Services team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to participants of various programs and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day management, leadership, and guidance to direct and indirect reports, as well as planning and managing resources to ensure safe, cost-effective, and high-quality practice within the designated program.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to participants and stakeholders in compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
* Provide day-to-day management, leadership, and expert guidance to direct and indirect reports.
* Plan, manage, and evaluate resources related to provision of safe, cost-effective, quality practice within the designated program.
* Participate in planning, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.

* Proven experience in leading teams and managing resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
