Work with autonomy in a flexible environment. About the role: This exciting opportunity will be involved in complex M&A transactions and large commercial property developments. You will enjoy working independently whilst playing an important role in the coaching and mentorship of junior lawyers. Collaborate with the team to handle corporate and transactional matters. Provide accurate and thorough legal advice to clients. Draft and review commercial, corporate, and construction contracts. Work unsupervised on complex corporate / M&A transactions. Key Experience & Requirements: Minimum 4 years PAE with admission to practice in Victoria. Strong experience in Corporate / M&A matters is essential. Expertise in drafting and reviewing commercial or construction contracts. Solid understanding of legal compliance and corporate issues. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
