As we expand our multidisciplinary team in the Gold Coast region, we're excited to welcome a Registered Psychologist who's passionate about supporting NDIS participants in the community.

Your Impactful Role Will Include:
Managing a caseload of NDIS participants across the lifespan and varying cultural backgrounds
Conducting comprehensive clinical interviews and assessments
Delivering evidence-based, person-centred psychological interventions
Collaborating with participants and stakeholders to set and achieve NDIS-aligned goals
Supporting psychosocial and mental health needs, including risk monitoring
Writing clear and compliant progress reports for NDIS
Working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure holistic participant care
General registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
Experience working with NDIS participants and psychosocial disability
Strong time management and caseload coordination skills
A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
Willingness to supervise and mentor junior clinicians (if applicable)
Excellent communication and report writing skills
A collaborative, supportive attitude—and a sense of humour never hurts
