* Salary : $68,334 - $74,558 based on level of experience, plus super
* This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander designated only position

The Organisation

The Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency (VACCA) is an Aboriginal Community‐Controlled organisation that supports and advocates for the Aboriginal Community and is the largest organisation of its kind in Australia. About the role

The Receptionist plays a vital role as the professional and welcoming first point of contact for all VACCA clients and visitors. This position is responsible for the effective management of the front office, providing high quality administrative and support services to VACCA staff, and contributing to the smooth and efficient day‐to‐day operation of the reception area and the broader office environment.

About You

You are a friendly and culturally aware professional who provides a welcoming first point of contact. You are confident managing phone and reception enquiries, maintain a well organised front office, and support daily operations through effective communication and general administrative duties.

Requirements

* The ability to work flexible hours when required
* Valid Police Check, a Victorian Working with Children's Check for a paid employee (or willingness to obtain) and a Victorian Driver Licence.
* Current COVID‐19 vaccination(Strongly Recommended)
