We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our busy kitchen team and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation Oversee food preparation and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Assist with daily kitchen operations, including stock rotation, ordering, and inventory control Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop seasonal menus Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required Work efficiently during peak service times, ensuring timely delivery of meals About You: Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Chef in a high-volume venue Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Passion for quality food, presentation, and customer satisfaction Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays What We Offer: A chance to work at one of Sydney’s most iconic venues Supportive team environment Opportunity for career growth and development Competitive salary and employee perks Permanent Full Time role with $76K - $78K (plus super) If you believe you would be a good fit for our team, please send your resume and contact details to the details attached.
