About Our Kitchen Team
We are seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our kitchen team as a Food Services Assistant.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing evening meals, planning menus, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and demonstrate empathy and respect for our residents.
Responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and serving meals in accordance with dietary requirements and resident preferences
* Planning and implementing menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents
* Maintaining accurate records of menu planning, food preparation, and service
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
