We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coach to provide educational support and mentoring within our Mental Health Inpatient Units. This part-time position offers flexibility and variety for the right individual.
This role is ideal for someone with strong clinical education experience, a commitment to safe practices, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement educational programs, promote best practice standards, and coach and mentor mental health professionals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Midwife
* Demonstrated experience in clinical education and coaching/mentoring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
