Job Description
Lets get crafting Share your love of arts and crafts with residents at HammondCare Aged Care Home in Cardiff. Show off your creative and artistic skills as you assist people to create their own pieces, with a large range of resources available on site.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience for the person you visit and for you. Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements
18 years of age. National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare; NDIS worker screening.
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Sunday. Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
