Position Overview
Due to continued growth, our client\'s water treatment and chemicals solutions business is seeking a dedicated Service Engineer for the Perth Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
2. Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
3. Support the installation and commissioning of water treatment systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
5. Develop customised water treatment solutions for RO and membrane filtration systems systems, optimising performance and reducing costs.
6. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
7. Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations.
8. Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems.
Requirements
9. Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or trade background
10. Experience in water treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
11. Knowledge of chemical dosing programs, reverse osmosis and water quality standards in Australia
12. Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
13. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
14. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel
15. Certification in water treatment technologies preferred.
