Warehouse & Factory Forklift Operator – Full-Time Opportunity

Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–11:00am
Rate: $34 per hour
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a motivated and safety‑focused Forklift Operator to support our factory and warehouse operations. This role offers long‑term stability, variety in daily tasks, and the chance to join a supportive team with strong values and a commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Production Team to ensure efficient workflow, accurate order fulfilment, and smooth factory operations.
Forklift Operations
You will operate:
* Counterbalance forklift (essential)
* High‑reach forklift (preferred)
Your duties include:
* Moving materials across the factory floor
* Loading and unloading trucks
* Loading and unloading ovens and managing job cards
* Organising and maintaining material placement for efficient production flow
Warehouse Duties
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
* Receive deliveries and complete stock movements
* Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records
General Responsibilities
* Assist with stocktakes and process material issues/returns
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised warehouse and factory areas
* Support other factory areas during quieter production periods
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 2 years’ forklift experience
* Valid LF forklift licence
* Experience with counterbalance and ideally high‑reach forklifts
* Basic computer skills
* Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
* A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a reliable work ethic
