Job Title: People & Culture Administrator
This is a pivotal role within the company where you will support the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all facets of human resources administration.
About The Role:
In this challenging and exciting position, you will be responsible for managing all P&C enquiries via the central phone line and inbox—resolving or escalating within 48 hours while maintaining complete confidentiality. You will also own end-to-end onboarding for new starters, including approvals, contracts, inductions, and LMS record updates. Additionally, you will manage core P&C administration and compliance, supporting recruitment activities by conducting phone screens and reference checks, coordinating interviews and job postings, drafting contracts, and reporting on time-to-fill and candidate metrics.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A can-do mindset and willingness to jump in.
* Some experience in Human Resources is desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional organisation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
* Customer service and relationship building skills as you will be the first point of contact for the People & Culture team.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and confidence learning new systems.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
