Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing scopes of work for projects
* Negotiating and managing sub-contracts
* Participating in monthly cost report preparation
* Managing variations to project scope
The Ideal Candidate:
Selection Criteria:
* A proven track record in delivering building and construction projects with similar roles
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Experience with modern construction software systems, including Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, and others
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* A competitive salary package, expected to be in the range of $140,000 - $160,000 + superannuation
