Job Opportunity in Ophthalmology and Orthoptic Department
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support within our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide assistance to the administration team and medical secretaries.
* Prepare medical notes, file documentation, and perform various administrative tasks.
The role requires proficiency in IT skills and knowledge of NHS computer systems. Training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
* Answering calls and supporting the Eye Casualty Triage.
* Booking outpatient follow-up appointments.
* Greeting patients efficiently and courteously.
* Maintaining patient information on the electronic patient record (Camis).
* Liaising with other hospital departments and healthcare professionals.
