 
        
        Site Quality Technician Role
The role of a Site Quality Technician is to ensure the production process meets quality standards.
 * Conduct regular sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process product, and finished goods to guarantee consistency and safety.
 * Maintain accurate records of production and quality results, highlighting any deviations and supporting corrective actions.
 * Review production data, identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with the operations team to implement changes.
 * Participate in sensory testing, preparing samples and recording results to inform product development.
 * Enter data into the QMS/SharePoint system and prepare weekly reports summarizing quality performance.
 * Conduct internal audits across production, warehouse, and lab areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
 * Cordinate external laboratory testing and record results accurately.
 * Support HACCP, calibration, pest control, and other audit programs as required.
 * Assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis, communicating findings clearly with the operations team and escalating breaches promptly.
