About The Role
Capability and Change Manager will be responsible for managing the adoption and utilisation of Procurement processes, frameworks, tools and systems by Business, Suppliers and Procurement Users. You will develop change management, communication and training plans and tools to support adoption of designs ensuring they are used as designed. You will also manage change health-check programs for each change element using lead indicators to help identify risks and opportunities to improve adoption and work with relevant stakeholders on actions, training needs, and the upkeep & maturity of Procurement content and knowledge exchange.

Responsibilities
Oversee deployment and implementation of new Procurement methodologies, frameworks, and processes to maximise adoption; provide feedback to Work Design/GPO for ongoing design refinements.
Ensure robust change management strategies for all projects and continuous improvement initiatives, covering analysis, planning, implementation, communication, and risk considerations.
Identify and engage key stakeholders; conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness.
Develop strategies to drive and sustain adoption across Group Procurement and Business stakeholders in collaboration with Work Design/GPO.
Create assessment and health-check frameworks to measure success; track adoption trends and risk areas through lead indicators and qualitative/quantitative metrics.
Manage network of change champions to sponsor and disseminate change.
Govern content for digital playbook, knowledge exchange, ANZ.com, and Portal; manage content strategy, maintenance, and SME network to ensure compliance and capability maturity.
Support Procurement Leadership in communication strategy; ensure design, development, and delivery of collateral aligns with objectives and uses appropriate channels.
Maintain competency framework with Procurement Leadership, leveraging best practices to keep skills current.
Oversee training needs analysis; refine curriculum, content, participation tracking, and capability uplift. Manage training strategy and providers to optimise annual budget.
Partner with stakeholders on capability assessment approach and plans to address gaps through coaching and technical training.
